If you only need to use basic services such as browsing and searching, you do not need to register or provide this information. For services that require an Ascores account to access, we may verify your user identity based on the information you provide to ensure we are serving you personally. While using Ascores, you can update your basic profile information (such as avatar, username, location, and login password) to improve your service experience. You may be asked to provide your city to receive more accurate recommendations. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of Ascores's basic features.

Authorized Login: With your consent, we may share your account information (such as avatar, nickname, and other information you have agreed to share) with third parties to facilitate easy registration or login through third-party accounts. Additionally, with your authorization, we may collect account information from third parties and link it to your Ascores account, allowing you to log in directly using your third-party account and use our products and/or services, or gain related benefits between accounts. We will use your relevant information within the scope of your authorization in accordance with our agreements with third parties. These authorized logins may include Google Login, Apple Login, Facebook, Twitter (X), etc.

(II) Providing You with Advertisements and Service Information Display

In the process of your use of our services, in order to adapt our products, identify abnormal account statuses, and provide you with more relevant page displays and search results, we may request you to provide or automatically collect your usage data and store it as network log information, including:

Location Information: In order to provide you with more accurate recommendations for advertisements and information services, we will use your geographic location to offer relevant services. Service Log Information: When you use the products or services provided by our website or client, we will automatically collect detailed information about your usage of our services as service logs. To enable the complete functionality of comment posting, we may also request access to your device's camera, photo gallery, and video features. Apart from this, we will not access your contacts, call logs, or similar information.

If you choose to upload images containing personal information while commenting, we encourage you to exercise caution and carefully consider whether you want to share such information when using our services.

(V) Providing You with Security Protection

To enhance the security of our services, including those provided by our affiliates and partners, and to ensure a secure operational environment, detect abnormal account statuses, and better protect your personal and property safety, we may integrate your user information, transaction data, device information, service log data, and any authorized or legally shared information from our affiliated companies. Camera/Camera-based Services: You may use this feature to scan QR codes for login or information recognition, take and upload pictures for commenting, sharing, or participate in activities that require your authorization in specific scenarios.

Photo/Video Access and Upload Services via the Gallery: You may use this feature to upload photos, pictures, or videos, such as changing your avatar, posting comments, sharing news-related images/videos, or providing evidence when communicating with customer service. We may use and display the comments containing the photos or images you upload.

Voice-related Services via Microphone: When you enable microphone permissions, you can use the microphone for voice interaction features or recording within Ascores. We will collect your audio recordings to facilitate your use of these features. Please note that even if you enable microphone permissions, we will only collect voice data when you actively click on the microphone icon or record a video within the app.

You understand and agree that these additional services may require you to grant access to your device's camera (for photo capture), photo gallery (for image/video upload), or microphone (for voice recording). You may review and modify these permissions at any time through your device settings. Please note that enabling any of these permissions means you authorize us to collect and use the related personal information for the respective services. If you disable any of these permissions, it means you revoke the authorization, and we will no longer collect or use the related personal information based on that permission, nor will we be able to provide services associated with that permission. However, disabling the permissions will not affect the collection and use of your information based on prior authorization.

Co-Provided Services with Our Partners: We may offer additional services in collaboration with our partners through cooperation pages on the website or app. When you use these services, the cooperation page will require access to your Ascores account-related information (such as your Ascores account nickname, avatar, and login device information). You will need to authorize the cooperation page to access this information in order to fully use the features of the page. Without authorization, you will only be able to browse the cooperation page or use its basic features, not experiencing the complete functionality of the additional services.

(VII) Additional Provisions

1. If the information you provide contains personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained lawful authorization before providing such personal information to Ascores.

2. If we use your information for purposes not specified in this policy, or if we use information collected for a specific purpose for another purpose, or if we obtain your personal information from third parties, we will seek your consent in advance. If we indirectly obtain your information from third parties, we will require the third party, in writing, to collect the personal information only after legally obtaining your consent, and we will inform you of the content of the shared information. If the information involves sensitive data, we will require your explicit confirmation before it is provided to us. We will also require third parties to ensure the legality and compliance of the personal information source. If the third party violates this requirement, we will explicitly hold them accountable for any legal responsibility. Additionally, our professional security team will reinforce the security of personal information (including sensitive data reporting, encrypted storage of sensitive data, access control, etc.). We will apply the same level of protection to indirectly obtained personal information as we do to the personal information of our own users.

3. Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent

X. Account Deletion

(I) Conditions for Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, the following conditions must be met:

No abnormal login activity, password changes, changes to mobile phone or security email within the past month that could affect account security;

No unfinished transactions, orders, or services in the account;

No complaints or reports involving the account, nor has the account been subject to complaints or reports;

No unused rights in the account. If there are any unused rights, your deletion request will be considered as a voluntary waiver of such rights;

No outstanding payments or unpaid fees;

All data and information you have rights to under your Ascores account have been successfully migrated and backed up, or you have fully waived the right to retain or retrieve such data;

The account deletion does not involve any ongoing complaints, disputes, litigation, investigations by authorities, or any real legal risks related to the aforementioned matters;

No other obligations under applicable laws and regulations have been left unfulfilled.

If, during the verification process, Ascores finds that your account does not meet all the above conditions, your account deletion request will be rejected. If you wish to proceed with the deletion, you will need to address the rejection reason and reinitiate the deletion request after resolving the relevant issues.

(II) Consequences of Account Deletion

You acknowledge and agree that upon completing the account deletion process, the following consequences may arise, including but not limited to:

You will no longer be able to perform any operations or actions associated with the deleted account;

Your original Ascores account will be reclaimed by Ascores, and you will no longer have the right to use the original Ascores account. You will be unable to log in to the Ascores website, authorize Ascores to access third-party network services, or use any services that require account login;

You will not be able to recover any information or data previously stored or used in the account, except for information or data that Ascores is required to retain under applicable laws;

Other possible consequences that may damage your rights or cause you losses.

(III) How to Delete Your Ascores Account?

We provide an online deletion feature through our official channels (for example, the account deletion path in the Ascores mobile app is: My - System Settings - Account Deletion). You can follow the instructions on the page to delete your account online. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service directly to delete your account.

XI. Scope and Revision of Privacy Policy

Except for certain specific services, all of our services are subject to this policy. These specific services will be governed by specific privacy policies. The privacy policy for specific services will provide more details on how we use your information in those services. The privacy policy of the specific service forms part of this policy. If there is any inconsistency between the privacy policy for a specific service and this policy, the privacy policy for that specific service will apply.

Unless otherwise specified in this policy, the terms used in this policy shall have the same meanings as defined in the "User Agreement."

Please note that this policy does not apply to the following situations:

Information collected by third-party services (including any third-party websites) accessed through our services;
