Keacy Carty is a promising right-handed batsman from St. Maarten, born on March 19, 1997. He made history by becoming the first cricketer from St. Maarten to play for the West Indies at the international level. As a middle-order batsman who can lead an innings, Carty has demonstrated a lot of promise.
Early Career and Rise to Fame
When Carty helped the West Indies win their first-ever U-19 World Cup, he initially attracted worldwide notice at the 2016 ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup. He won Player of the Match after scoring a game-winning, undefeated fifty-two runs in the final against India. His calmness and batting ability were demonstrated in a major final when he had to perform under pressure.
